Tried and True is a platform that allows users to create, manage, and share collections of recommendations for places, restaurants, and other locations. The service includes features such as Google Maps integration, collection sharing, and social features.

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create. By posting content, you grant us a license to:

• Use, copy, and display your content in connection with the Service
• Distribute your content when you choose to share collections
• Store and backup your content for service reliability

You are responsible for your content and must ensure it does not violate any laws or infringe on others' rights.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Post content that is offensive, harmful, or misleading
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tried and True from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may also delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
